DMCA & Content Removal
Last updated: November 2026.
TransFapDB is a directory. We host no original explicit video. What we keep is public metadata (names, dates, scene titles, tags) plus small preview images the studios hand out under their affiliate terms, and we link back to the studios that made the scenes. If something here infringes your rights, or you are the performer and want your details taken down, use one of the channels below.
1. Copyright (DMCA) notices
Copyright owners and their authorized agents can send a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) to our designated agent.
Designated DMCA agent:
Email: [email protected]
A valid notice includes:
- the physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent;
- the copyrighted work you say was infringed;
- the exact URL or URLs on transfapdb.com where the material appears;
- your name, postal address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.
We usually act on a valid notice within 5 business days. Sending a notice you know to be false can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).
2. Removal requests from performers
If you are a performer or another person shown on a page here and want your information taken down, you don't need a copyright claim. Write to [email protected] and include:
- the URL or URLs you want removed, for example your
/pornstar/your-name/profile; - proof that you are that person or act for them. A photo of a government ID next to a handwritten note with today's date and the words "removal request to transfapdb.com" is enough. We compare the face, then delete the ID image and keep no copy;
- whether you want the whole profile gone or only parts of it, such as certain scenes, photos, social links or bio details.
We review requests within 5 business days and reply by email once the change is live.
3. Anything else
Wrong facts, a scene credited to the wrong person, privacy worries, or anything that touches age, consent or safety: email [email protected]. Reports about a performer's age or consent go to the front of the queue.
This page is not legal advice. Counter-notices, our repeat-infringer policy and the other safe-harbor procedures follow 17 U.S.C. 512.
